TrackThisPrice is a free price-monitoring service that tracks product prices across major US retailers and sends you an SMS text message when a tracked item drops to your target price. Operated by TrackThisPrice.

TrackThisPrice is provided free of charge, as-is and as-available, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, price accuracy, or delivery of every alert.

Price data is sourced from third-party APIs and may be subject to delay. TrackThisPrice is not responsible for purchasing decisions made based on price data displayed through the service.

TrackThisPrice participates in affiliate advertising programs with major retailers including Amazon, Walmart, Target, eBay, and others. We earn commissions when you purchase through our links. This does not affect the price you pay.

By providing your phone number and completing phone verification, you consent to receive SMS price-drop alerts and occasional service messages from TrackThisPrice. Message frequency varies based on the number of items you track and their price movements. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or disabling SMS in your account settings. Reply HELP for support.

By using TrackThisPrice, you agree to:

• Provide an accurate phone number that you own and are authorised to use
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding SMS communications
• Not use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or other technical measures

To request account deletion, email contact@trackthisprice.com. We will delete your account and associated data within 30 days of your request. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the service or other users.

We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
